Noodling in Coober Pedy

Coober Pedy is somewhere I’ve never been before so I was not sure what to expect when we rolled into town just before lunch.  After checking into our under ground hotel we made a beeline for the tourist info centre to find out what we should be doing while we were in town.  It was here we were informed about how we could make our fortunes noodling.  So after a visit to an old Opal mine we decided to hit the public noodling area at sundown to have some cheese and bickies while setting the kids to work to find some opal with a bit of colour that might help pay for the trip!

What can I say we didn’t strike it rich but Coober Pedy was a truly unique experience and definitely lots of fun.

  3. Hey would you mind letting me know which webhost you’re utilizing?
I’ve loaded your blog in 3 different browsers and I must say
this blog loads a lot faster then most. Can you recommend a good
hosting provider at a honest price? Thanks a lot, I appreciate it!

    • Hi John,

I’m just using WordPress. I’m very new to all this so I can’t make any recommendations really. I don’t know much about browsers or web hosts, sorry!
